With Talent Only, you manage quality your way. EverHelp gives you full control over your team's processes. But if you'd rather delegate, you can easily get a QC manager as an add-on.

What happens if a specialist doesn't fit our brand voice?

We work hard to make this a non-issue from the start. Our recruiting process begins with a deep dive into your brand, collecting all training criteria and expectations upfront, so we source someone already built for your voice. However, if they’re still not a good match, we will review the candidate profile once again and find a replacement for a better brand fit. 

Can we upgrade to include a Team Lead later?

Absolutely. Your needs change — your plan can too. At any point, you can add a Team Lead, QC Manager, Delivery Manager, or any other specialist to your Talent Only setup.

How fast can EverHelp onboard new talent?

Usually, within a Talent-Only Model, the hiring and onboarding process takes around 4 weeks. However, for more popular positions and those not requiring too many specialized skills, this period can be shortened. 

Can we switch between support models as we grow?
