Meet Evly: EverHelp Launches Its Own AI Customer Service Agent

EverHelp, a global customer support outsourcing company, has launched its proprietary AI customer service agent Evly, designed to automate repetitive customer inquiries and allow human agents to focus on complex and high-priority cases.

Evly provides instant responses around the clock and supports more than 95 languages. The system can automate up to 85% of repetitive customer requests, helping businesses improve response accuracy, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs. It also offers industry-specific customization and integrates with major CRM and helpdesk platforms.

Evly is designed to balance automation efficiency with human control. The system can operate in two modes depending on how much autonomy a company wants to give AI. 

In full automation mode, Evly resolves routine inquiries end-to-end, ensuring fast response times and efficient handling of common requests.

In co-pilot mode, it analyzes customer conversations in real time and suggests response drafts for agents, enabling faster responses without sacrificing human judgment.

Unlike many AI tools trained on generic data, Evly is configured individually for each client. The system operates within a dedicated knowledge base built from verified support documentation and approved responses. Quality control specialists continuously monitor it to ensure accuracy and minimize the risk of incorrect or misleading answers.
